AD FOR BIDSPARKING LOT PAVEMENT MARKING PROGRAM - LATEX: The City of Oconomowoc is requesting Bids for furnishing all labor, supervision, tools, equipment and materials for installing pavement markings relative to parking lots, including line and stencil work and parking stalls in and throughout the City of Oconomowoc. Bids will be received at the office of the City Clerk at the City Hall, 174 E. Wisconsin Ave. Oconomowoc, WI until 10:00 am on Thursday, February 27, 2020 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud in Room 3 of City Hall. Submitted Bids shall be clearly marked- “Parking Lot Pavement Marking Bid - Project #04-2020”. Bid documents are on file at the Department of Public Works office in the City Hall at 174 E. Wisconsin Ave, Oconomowoc, WI. Persons qualified to Bid may obtain copies at the above place Monday thru Friday on normal working days between the hours of 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, by calling 262.569.2189 or by sending an email request to . Bids shall be written on basis of unit prices per lineal foot or per each item which are clearly set forth in the Form of Bid Proposal and in the specifications. Awarded contractor shall file a Performance and Payment Bond and Insurance Certificate(s). No Bids shall be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the scheduled opening of the Bids without the consent of the City. The City reserves the right to accept/award which ever proposal it deems the most advantageous and serves the best interests of the project and City. A Bidders Qualification Questionnaire must also be submitted with the Bid.
