City of Oconomowoc New Public Safety Facility Furniture, Architect’s Project Number 18-2551.01

Qualified bidders may submit bids for project as described in this document. All State of Wisconsin and City of Oconomowoc laws and statutes shall govern submittal, opening and award of bid. Lump sum sealed bids will be received by the City Clerk's office at City Hall, 174 E Wisconsin Ave, Oconomowoc WI 53066 no later than 1PM local time on March 11, 2020 at which time they will be publicly opened & read aloud in Conference Room 3 on the second floor of City Hall. The project and bid is for commercial interior furniture. Any project questions must be submitted in written form via mail or email and received by the Interior Designer no later than 11AM local time on February 26, 2020. Interior Designer will respond via written addendum. Owner’s Representative is Mark Frye, Director of Public Works, 174 E. Wisconsin Avenue, Oconomowoc, WI 53066.  Interior Designer is Raegan Porter, , 630.368.8333, FGM Architects, 1211 West 22nd street Oak Brook, Il. 60523.

Procurement and contracting documents may be examined at the City of Oconomowoc after February 12, 2020.  Printed documents may be obtained after February 12, 2020 by contacting A/E Graphics, 207 Buffalo Street, Suite 32LL, Milwaukee, WI 53202, 414.225.9870.  Documents will be provided to prime bidders only; only complete sets of the documents will be issued.  There is a deposit of $250.00 and additional shipping charges may apply.  Obtain online documents after February 12, 2020 by contacting A/E Graphics, 207 Buffalo Street, Suite 32LL, Milwaukee, WI 53202, 414.225.9870, https://planroom.aegraphics.com. Online access will be provided to all registered bidders and suppliers     

Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. A Performance Bond, separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Successful bidder shall begin the Work on receipt of the Notice to Proceed and shall complete the Work within the Contract Time.
