John and Lavinia Rockwell Park Phase 1 Construction begins November 23. Please pardon our dust and noise as we work with Janke Contractors to make improvements to Rockwell Park.
The park will be closed to the public starting November 23, 2022 through completion, which is expected to be in mid-May, 2023.
Phase 1 improvements include installation of shoreline retaining walls and restoration, construction of kayak launches, site removals and general site grading.
