In relation to the Collins Parking Lot Reconstruction, the City of Oconomowoc Utilities is planning a power outage Sunday @ 1 pm lasting about 3-4 hours and affecting the businesses at 171 E Wisconsin Ave to 203 E Wisconsin Ave.
