The City of Oconomowoc specifically finds and declares that there exists within the City a shortage of dwelling accommodations for elderly persons and a need for safe and sanitary housing facilities for elderly persons.
The Elderly Housing Authority shall consist of 5 qualified resident persons. These persons shall be known as Commissioners of the Elderly Housing Authority.
Meeting
All meetings of the Elderly Housing Authority shall be held in compliance with the provisions of the Open Meetings Law of the State of Wisconsin and will meet as needed. Three Commissioners shall constitute a quorum for the purpose of conducting its business and exercising its powers, and for all other purposes.
