“Shop with Cops” offer children 5 to 10 years old the opportunity to shop with officers for Christmas gifts for their family members. Children will go shopping with law enforcement officers and other law enforcement personnel, and then be treated to breakfast with the officers and Santa. This is a unique opportunity for children to develop a relationship with law enforcement personnel that will hopefully serve to make a lasting impression in their lives.
We are able to offer this program to families at no cost because of donations, fundraisers and officers volunteering their time.
“Shop with Cops” was developed with the idea of helping children from our community whose families may be facing financial challenges during the holiday season.
