Facilities Maintenance & Operations

Overview
The duty of Facilities Maintenance is to maintain and operate all city-owned facilities and equipment. This includes City Hall, both Fire Departments 1 and 2, the DPW facility, Community Center, and the library.

Facilities Maintenance and Operations may also work with contract technicians and prepare specifications for the performance of:
  • Building supply purchasing
  • HVAC replacements and upgrades
  • Janitorial contractor
