Oconomowoc Schools
The Oconomowoc Area School District encompasses approximately 120 square miles surrounding the City of Oconomowoc and draws students from three counties: Waukesha, Jefferson, and Dodge. Currently the district consists of a high school serving students in 9th through 12th grades, two intermediate schools for grades 5th through 8th, and five high-performing, family focused elementary schools for students in grades 4K to 4th grade.

The Oconomowoc Area School District offers a vibrant, challenging and responsive educational experience designed to help students think critically, solve problems, collaborate, adapt, initiate, communicate, create, utilize information, and develop skills for future success.

Parents can also choose to send their children to one of the area’s private schools. The Oconomowoc area has several religion-based schools to choose from.
