No person shall sell soda water beverages as defined in §97.34 of Wisconsin State Statutes, to be consumed on or off the premises where sold without a license. Licenses shall be issued by the
city clerk.
Licenses shall be valid for one year and will expire annually on June 30. The fee is $5.
