Class A Liquor / Fermented Malt Beverage Combination
Class A Liquor / Fermented Malt Beverage Combination licensees may sell intoxicating liquor and beer to consumers only in original packages or containers for off-premises consumption. The fee is $600.
Class A Liquor
Class A Liquor licensees may sell intoxicating liquor to consumers only in original packages or containers for off-premises consumption. The fee is $500.
Class B Liquor / Fermented Malt Beverage Combination
Class B Liquor / Fermented Malt Beverage Combination licensees may sell liquor in original packages or containers in multiples not to exceed four liters at any one time to be consumed off-premises. Wine may be sold in original packages or otherwise in any quantity to be consumed off-premises and may sell liquor and beer to consumers by the glass for on-premises consumption. The fee is $600.
Class B Liquor
Class B Liquor licensees may sell liquor in original packages or containers in multiples not to exceed four liters at any one time to be consumed off-premises. Wine may be sold in original packages or otherwise in any quantity to be consumed off-premises and may sell liquor to consumers by the glass for on-premises consumption. The fee is $500.
Reserve Class B
Reserve Class B Liquor licenses can be issued after all regular Class B Liquor licenses have been issued. The regular license fee of $500 must be paid in addition to a $10,000 reserve fee.
