Payment Methods
Payments for taxes, utility bills, and the majority of city services are handled through the
Finance Department.
In Person or By Mail
The City of Oconomowoc accepts checks, money orders, cashier’s checks, and cash as payment.
Drop Box
A
24-hour drop box is located by the main
Police Department entrance on the east side of City Hall.
Online Payments
Property taxes and utility bills may be paid online using a credit card or E-check.
- Property Tax Payments are made online at Waukesha County’s website. A convenience fee of 3% of the payment amount for credit cards or $1 per transaction for E-checks applies. Please note only Visa and Mastercard are accepted for credit card payments.
- Utility Payments are made online at Payment Service Network’s (PSN) website or you may call (877) 390-7368 for automated service or (866) 917-7368 for customer service. Accepted payment methods are Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, debit card, E-check, E-cash, money order or check. A convenience fee of $2.95 per $300.00 transaction applies.
Automatic Payment Plan
Utility payments can be automatically withdrawn from your checking or savings account. There is no charge for this service. To sign up for this convenient service fill out and return the
application.
