Responsibilities & Services
The Finance Department is responsible for providing professional financial management services for the City of Oconomowoc. In addition, the Finance Department oversees human resources, risk management, information technology, and the assessor.

Areas of responsibility include:
  • Accounts payable
  • Assessment
  • Coordination of the annual budget and long term financial plan processes
  • Debt management
  • General billing and collection
  • Human resources and payroll
  • Information technology
  • Investment and cash management
  • Maintenance of all financial records for the city
  • Pet licensing
  • Property tax collection
  • Risk management / insurance
  • Utility billing and collection
