“The Incredible Adventure of Alvin Tatlock “ is a fast-paced, comedy, using a minimal cast to portray many colorful characters.
The story focuses on Alvin Tatlock, a bookish, well-educated American living in 1930s London. Alvin leads an unremarkable life and only delights in buying used books. One day, he discovers a novel that leads him on a madcap adventure pulling him out of his beige existence. Alvin must explore new horizons both figuratively and literally to discover exactly what he wants in life.
This new play penned by Milwaukee playwright, Liz Shipe, also features Oconomowoc High School alum, Sean Duncan as Alvin Tatlock. The Milwaukee-based actor has been involved in over 50 productions spanning 20 years.
A portion of the ticket proceeds, funds earned through concessions and a 50/50 raffle will benefit the Puerto Rican Hurricane Relief Effort through the Hispanic Federation. For information about the nonprofit organization, visit www.hispanicfederation.org.
